There are many reasons that we may be called out to your property by a guest. Some examples are, the heating is not working or the hot water isn’t working, the television has stopped working, the toilet seat is broken and requires a replacement and an appliance has stopped working. There are many issues we can fix over the phone but if required we will happily go and assist your guests to make sure they have the best experience whilst at your property.

Should there be any electrical or plumbing issues, along with any other more serious issues, we will act swiftly to address these.

We would firstly contact you and report on the problem before agreeing a course of action before proceeding with one of our professional contractors.

Prior to the first guest arrival we will undertake a thorough inventory check, a fire risk assessment of the property. Our key-holding service ensures that there’s always a key available if guests get locked out or trades access is required and as we are the key-holders we can check on your property after bad weather or during quiet times – any problems and we’ll report back to you.
